About Us

Tiki Kahle - founder

"The Mrs. Claus Club of Knox provides goods, services and funds to individuals from Knox & surrounding communities who have been diagnosed with cancer and are in treatment. We accept names from the public of individuals within the community who are battling cancer.

The Mrs. Claus Club was organized in 2004 and we recently celebrated our 11th year serving cancer patients in our community. In 2013 we became incorporated and received our 501c3 status in 2014.

We have a board of directors who meet regularly and are part of the decision making process for the corporation. I started the Mrs. Claus Club in memory of my grandmother Jeanne Taylor Graham who died from breast cancer. I am a cancer survivor myself of 8 years in August 2016.

We work in conjunction with Shear Cheveux in Knox to provide wigs and The Medicine Shoppe in Clarion to provide comfort items. Mrs. Claus also donates gas & grocery cards to the Cancer Center at Clarion Hospital because of HIPPA, they provide these to patients in our area. “Believe Baskets” are custommade for each cancer patient. We try to find out about the needs of the person so we can make each basket special.

The Mrs. Claus Club of Knox has an annual fundraiser “Ladies Night Out” each November. Because of the generosity of the attendees and the community we are able to do what we do for others. All monies raised support our efforts and help to get the word out “Prevention is our Intention” & “Screening has Meaning”.

We work with the Cancer Center and numerous community events to help educate the importance of healthy choices. WE BELIEVE in fighting cancer!!"
